CodeWarrior and "Make"

CodeWarrior is a new tools for me.
So , I begin by a very simple program , I juste change the Tittle on the
windows on my appli.

So , compile is good , z�ro error

But when I do "Make" , I see a link error ????  Why ????

Link Error : could not open file : c:\palm\test1\Ressource.FRK\starter.tmp
