TblDrawTable is called from FrmDrawForm, but there are a few steps for
setting up a table.
(1) You have to set the rows as usable
(2) you have to set their styles & appropriate ItemPtr & ItemInt values
(3) you have to invalidate the rows
(4) you have to set the columns as usable
Anyone want to comment if I missed anything?
