The reference manual covers SysGetTrapAddress and SysSetTrapAddress. Note

Patching traps is not for the faint of heart. It has been discussed
extensively on this forum. You can bet that this kind of thing won't "just
work" on an ARM device, so it's best to avoid it, if at all possible.
