I made a sample application which reproduce the error.

The error occurs when you first tap `Popup' button or select `MyPopupForm'
menu, then close the popup form by tapping `Donw' button then select
one of menus.
When comment out the FrmEraseForm() of the main form's frmUpdateEvent
handler the error won't occur.
