I hate to guess about what people mean, but I thought he was talking about
the various dialogs (Delete..., Beam..., Category..., Info...). If I was
right, then that source code isn't available, but there are many similar
examples in the source code for the built in apps, and there is a fairly
exhaustive example of using tables in Neil Rhodes book online. Most of
these dialogs appear to contain a table or a list.
