You don't need any special software to accomplish that. It is possible with
plain Palm OS, since OS 2.0. Just set up a PPP dial-up
connection to an internet service provider via your cell-phone and then use
the Network HotSync as you would on a LAN. Works very
well for me. Be aware though, that the PC will only be able to handle one
connection at a time with Palm's regular HotSync manager
software.
