how to get refnum from VFS manager

How do I get the refnum to the VFS manager?

does this work?

SysLibLoad ('libr', sysFileCVFSMgr, &refNum);

or should I use

SysLibFind (const Char* nameP, UInt16* refNumP);

if so what is the name of the VFS lib name called?
