Running a server on the Palm would be a little difficult, as it doesn't
support multitasking of user programs, so there wouldn't be a way to
have the server and browser running together.
I know some packages support offline HTML forms that get submitted once
the user reconnects to the net. Avantgo comes to mind as the most
popular system which does this.
