I've had the exact same experience.  I sent them e-mail, but as has happened
with all of my other e-mails to them, it has gone unanswered.  I currently
also accept credit card payments through Handango and have never had a
problem with them.  They send out checks twice a month, have no minimum, and
their servers are much faster than PalmGear's.  I plan to modify my home
page to direct users to Handango instead of PalmGear for payments.  Enough
is enough.

Hi everyone,

I'm really sorry for posting this off topic message, but I don't know how
else to contact other Palm developers.  Is anyone else having a difficult
time receiving payments from PalmGear?  I have not received an on-time
payment in over 6 months, and I am currently still awaiting payment for June
sales (which they now say will not arive until sometime in September).  They
seem unwilling to make any explanations.  I assumed with their legal
troubles behind them, things would improve but it doesn't appear so.

Again, sorry for the off topic posting - just wondering if I am the only one
getting this treatment.
