You might try checking whether the field had focus whenever you get a field
enter event for any other event. If so, you know you just exited that field.
It's pretty clear from the lack of a fldExitEvent in the OS that this isn't
a normal thing to do. Consider whether you really need to do anything when
the user exits the field. The built in apps get by okay without this.
