Index out of range

Hi,
Can anyone tell me what could be a possible cause of this message?
"DataMgr.c, Line 8589, Index out of range"
It comes up when the main form is to be displayed by tapping an exit button
from another form.  I am using CW Lite in Win Me and POSE 3.1.
