Check out the sync notify launch code. You should get this when the app is
installed by the install conduit during a HotSync, and when the app is
installed by being received as an incoming beam by the launcher.
The name of the launch code is a bit misleading, but it's very important
that there is a way your application can do something when it is installed,
and this is it.
Note that dragging an application onto POSEr won't trigger this launch code.
Finally, remember that you also need to register for notification on a soft
reset, so you'll need to handle the reset launch code too.
