Does a tool exist which would allow a user to record an interaction with an
app (in the Emulator and/or a real PalmOS device), and then play it back
with the same amount of time between events, so the application would appear
to run itself?
Of course you can simulate this to some extent with an animated .gif file,
but a long and complex series of interactions is cumbersome to create. And
it would be nice to have a real live PalmOS behind the scenes, to allow
users more control over how the playbacks would run.
This would be great for creating automated demos and tutorials. I'd wager
there's a market for it, whether or not it exists yet.
