For changing the network service parameters from a program I use the library from the Knowledge Base (V1.1). It all works fine, but: If i change the phonenumber via the library and start a network connection, the 'old' number is dialed. If I exit the program I see the 'new' number in the network settings. Starting the program again, the 'new' number is dialed. It seems that the network setting parameters will only be loeaded once (at programm start) and any changing will be ignored by the programm (but done in the network panel). Is there a function/trick to 'load' the new network parameter?. I've used to detach and attach the service again, but it did not work (still dialing the 'old' number).
