going off to start a competitor?

In the article there he said something about not taking proprietary
information.  Big deal, that's not the issue.  The issue is business
practices.

Aren't there penalties for lawsuits of that nature?  I mean, he must've
known that a letter of intent is not a contract, or he wouldn't be in
business.  That was a harassment suit, pure and simple.  I think
PalmGear should be awarded some percentage of everything
Handango has made (or an alternative minimum settlement if
Handango has not made any profit).

... although they may need to file a lawsuit to get any recompense.
