Switching between large apps

is there any known issues of switching between apps using SysUIAppSwitch and
going from one app to a large app?  ie, from a main 40kb app to a 78kb and
/or a 128kb app????

i'm looking at splitting the 128 app into smaller pieces but i'm not sure if
i can with the 78,... and if i don't hafta that'd be sweet.

insights much appriciated,
