um... the only problem with your message is that you make an allegation
with absolutely no supporting evidence. If I were the Notification
Manager, I'd start muttering about slander :-)
I've used lateWakeup quite a bit and never seen any troubles with it. Why
do you think the unspecified problem you've apparently seen is the system's
fault?
