In order to keep being notified, you need to register with the notification
manager after the device is reset, as well as after the app is installed. To
do this, you handle the launch codes used to inform apps of these
situations. There is a launch code sent to each app after a reset, and
another one sent to an app after it is installed by HotSync or by being
beamed from another handheld.
Here's a thought: when the user changes the date or time, you can find out
about it. I think there's a notification for this, as well as a launch code.
If you don't like the fact that they changed the date or time, or the way
they did it (maybe it's okay to make minor corrections), then you can give
an error and not allow your app to run.
