Extract RSRC from PRC file.

Hi!

Due to HDD crash, RSRC file of one of my programs was lost. PRC and other
files are available. Is there a tool to extract resources from PRC and
create an RSRC file suitable for reading with Constructor 1.6? Or any other
way to solve my problem? Thanks in advance.
