Read the doc on CtlSetLabel. The test string needs to exists for as long
as the popTrigger exists. The reason why FrmDrawForm erases the
popTigger's label is because it can't find the text to draw with. If you
are using the debug ROM, this would probably assert a MemoryMgr error
alert.
