Brian,
Jyothi is probably doing what he says he's doing: using VC++ to edit
and build Palm applications. This is no big deal; people do it all
the time. They use use the prc-tools with a custom makefile. I
don't know what Palm-RunGnu is, but I'm sure a Google search will
reveal that it's a useful utility to ease the process.
