I have experienced similar problems. There are problems using the serial
port with POSE on Win2K. I don't have a grip on what the actual problem is,
but here are some workarounds that have been successful to various degrees:
- Reset POSE (choose "Reset..." from the context menu). Now try using the
serial port.
- Don't use "3.5-en-nonezdbg.rom." Use "3.5-en-ezdbg.rom" instead.
- Use Win98 (sigh).
