I'm new in C and have to convert numbers from number format to string and
back.
Reason :
I work with Sybase-UltraLite on a database that stores some numerical values
(with decimals, not integers). I read the values as numerical variables,
convert them to strings with sprintf and show the strings in the Palm
form-field. So long - so good. But to write the values back to database I
need them as numerical data and don't know how to convert them back from
string-format.
