It gets better. Now they've deleted my developer account.

I'm looking right at the original confirmation email with password
from 1999 that I've always used, and it says that it's the wrong password.
Clicking on the 'Lost Password' dialog on spp.palmos.com which lets me put
in my email address, and the comes back with the following:

The email address you specified does not exist in the database.
Remember, the email address that you specify must be the principle
        contact.

Is this how developers are treated when they ask what might be wrong
with the system? I was simply trying to log into the system over the past 5+
weeks, and was not able to and sent a few queries here. Now I've been
"removed" from the system entirely. This is really not in Palm's best
interests to piss off some of the open source developers who support the
large section of the community that they've orphaned off, especially given
their current financial standings.

I'll keep looking into this. I still haven't found a contact name to
call to bring these issues up with. Calling Palm is useless, since nobody
seems to know any other department within the facilities. Hrmph!
