Constructor version is unreliable, as it can be updated by SDK patches.
The IDE version is a pretty good guide. IDE 4.0 was included in CW for
Palm OS 6 and IDE 4.1 was part of CW for Palm OS 7.
You can also check the Targetting Palm OS manual -- it should be matched
to the version you have installed.
