We improved the step into/over/out of time with the debugger in release
7. Other than upgrading to that version, there's not a lot you can do
about step time. You might check that you have build 12 of the
bin\plugins\Debugger\PalmPlugin.dll file -- IIRC the 4.0 SDK takes you
back to build 11.
