Unofficially, its pretty easy to add icons to launch your programs from
the Palm Desktop (much like install and expense are handled now). You
can poke around the Palm Desktop registry entries to see how to link
your application in. I don't think there is any more sophisticated
plugin interface, though I think it would be a nice idea.
