Verbal description for Error 537 while creating a database???

I am getting error 537 when I try to create a PDB database in CodeWarrior 6.
I can't find ANYWHERE what this error code means. Is there a reference that
lists all error codes and their description??? If anyone can help, I would
greatly appreciate it!
