Hi friends: Could you help me please? I want to implement a Find & Replace procedure, but what I'm doing is very slow. I'm searching a text segment comparing character by character. Could you suggest me a command or routine for comparing the whole text segment in fewer steps? Do you think that it will increase the speed?
Then, how can I copy a specific text segment? Again, what I'm doing is copying character by character. Is there a command to specify the start and end point only to make a copy?
