I just find it's a bit disapointing. My compagny can't afford to pay a full license price for R8. I am the only Palm devlopper in here and I use R6. When R7 was shipped, we decided that the price (even the upgrade price ) was to high to switch and that I could continue using R6 despite all those nasty bugs. I saw today that R8 has been released, but since the only new feature that interest me are the bug fix and the build-in help our compagny would have switched to R8 if it would have been at an upgrade price. But... full price, for bug fix and help system... sorry... not worth it...
So again... I'll stick with the ol' R6 and punch in the wall as I use to! Hope Metrowerk could change their mind about the R6 upgrade to full license price.
