This sounds like a problem with your POSE preferences. CW Palm 8 installs POSE 3.3 -- it should be able to read your old prefs, but people have occasionally reported problems. Rename the "Palm OS Emulator.ini" file in your Windows directory to something else, then start POSE manually and create a new session.
