Aaron, if you are ever going to move to the States, you need to
understand that, as a business, you pay the IRS ("your taxes")
first because it is really difficult to run a business when the IRS
padlocks your premises, and then takes possession of all your
personal and business assets. (The concept of "limited liability"
doesn't stop them going after the personal assets of owners and
officers of a business that hasn't paid its withholding and social
security taxes)
