See the official press releases for details on the separation that is in progress - I don't think there are many specifics as to the corporate structure, and whether they're officially one or two, but regardless there's a separation. It helps the platform and lets us work better with the non-Palm licensees. As for the credit card problem that started the thread: people have heard your "bug report" and are figuring out what's going on. Last night it was in testing and we used fake credit card numbers to run through the process; perhaps when it was pushed live the modification to the credit card validation stuff didn't work right.
