PocketStudio (http://www.pocket-technologies.com) supports creating and
using Shared Libraries.  There is a shared library wizard (and samples) to
get you started.  You can test PocketStudio by downloading the trial
edition.  PocketStudio is a Pascal-based language with a new IDE for the
PalmOS.  It also creates native PalmOS applications (no runtime).
