First of all, MS is not offering to pay your airfare or hotel and the conference is $900 if you make the early-bird registration. (which, minus the over-seas travel is on par with Palmsource). If you just want an exotic local, you could just as easily attend one of the Palm conferences in Europe or Asia. Second of all, MS claimed they would #1 in the HH market by end of 2001 a couple of years ago and still have gained little market share. Why should we believe this new claim is any different? (BTW: I'm not trying to start another FW thread.)
