Newbie Palm programmer here. :) I ordered my copy yesterday when I saw 2nd edition magically appear on the O'Reilly site. Got it this afternoon [26th] though I had to beg the O'Reilly guys to ship it that fast... Any hope of getting some Mac OS X-specific instructions written for the online version of chapter 4?
