It is possible to have both versions installed with little trouble. This wasn't the case with version 6, where you needed to run a script to reregister COM plugins when switching toolsets, but both 7 and 8 are using IDE versions that don't conflict with each other. > o Can we still get CW 7? For how much? (I emailing Metrowerks as well.) Not directly from Metrowerks, but CW Palm 7 still seems to be available in the retail channel. A search at shopper.cnet.com lists three stores with copies in stock, starting at $304, and I saw two copies at Fry's Electronics (the new store in Austin!) last night.
