Another good idea.  I do know that if you have just the "foo" part of
"foo.h" selected, hitting Ctrl-D will automatically extend the selection
and use the extension.  Having it just work with no selection would be
great... but only if the dialog was modified to remember past files
opened, so you could hit Ctrl-D, down, enter to open the last one you
found.
