Look at the Constructor for Palm OS Manual from the 4.0 SDK docs.  Go to
page 35.  See the text that says "To move or copy an item, drag the
item. Dragging an item to a different location in the same window moves
the item; dragging an item from one window to another window copies the
item."

No, its not in the specific chapter on string lists, its covered in
general principals earlier in the book.
