This may not help but you said '...developed an App...'. Assuming you installed some sort of IDE for this, then it is possible that DLL's supporting the talking to your MS SQL Server are not installed on the other machines.
If you are using ADO for talking to SQL, then these need to be installed for anything to work on the other PC. Other technologies may well require a similar installation, e.g. DAO, etc. I don't know what 'mobilink' is, but does that not give you a list of possible error codes?
