The Psion Series 5mx, Revo etc. were all based on EPOC Release 5 (ER5). The
Ericsson R380 uses an entirely different GUI (the Ericsson Component Kit),
along with a Unicode version of EPOC R5, also called as ER5u. ER5u has in
turn evolved into the Generic Technology in Symbian OS Version 6.0, which is
used in products such as Nokia's 9210 Communicator. As far as I remember the
latest version of Symbian OS is 6.1. You can get more details from
