oracles solution is call 9i Lite.. but extremely expensive.. as is anything oracle

When you say "SQL server" do you mean "an SQL server"
or "Microsoft's SQL Server"?  (Damn Microsoft anyway for
taking a generic term and using it as their product name ...)

Anyway, I'd suggest looking into the solution that Oracle
has for the Palm.  Don't recall the name right now, I think
it's "db Anywhere" or something like that ...  Check out
the Oracle web site.
