Hi, I would like to present a question, which I hope, will be the base for a discussion regarding the memory requirements of the PALM platform. I believe that today most PALM devices don't incorporate a true file system, hence storing the user data in some manner which is not compatible to other alternatives; e.g. PocketPC. It probably comes together with the fact that PALM devices memory goes up to 8MB, while alternatives in the market can go up to 64MB (as all new PocketPC devices). Probably that with this limited memory capacity - it is manageable not to have a standard file system. The issues I would like to raise to the forum: 1. Do you see the memory requirement of PALM go up in the near future? 2. Can you point out how do you think the PALM manages today without a file system?
