Nope, I didn't do a drag. I selected the POSESlot1 category. The app
launched but it couldn't find it's data file.

I triple checked and ran according the instructions on the link you provided
with no luck. One question, are you sure the niggle dictionary file didn't
already exist in the storage heap along with being in the Launcher folder?
If so that would make it appear that your test worked when it hadn't. I
assume you checked that but I'm grasping at straws.

Are there any other relevate bits that I might have to set in the PDB's
header? I'm setting only the bundle bit right now.
