Seems people use custom bitmap fonts to do that.  Another way I was thinking of
is to get some sort of font engine (eg. freetype) to display vector fonts.  But
I have never seen anyone doing it.  I am not sure why I haven't seen a PalmOS
port of freetype.  It will be cool.
