Hmm.  I guess you're talking about automatically plugging it into
the system calls but I really don't care about that, I'd be happy to
have to host the display engine in a form and call display routines
myself.  In fact, given that I'm trying to poll an external device
multiple times a second, I'd prefer that to letting PalmOS take
over the event loop.

I know what 'a few hours' means in programmer-speak and I
don't think we can bet on you having nothing to do at any point
in the forseeable future.

It seems to me that if you're aiming to retain the source to sell
it then you're making nothing on it right now.  I'd be willing to
trying working with whatever you've got now if you're willing
to release the source (given that you retain ownership).  This
has been stalled for many months waiting for a slice of your time.
Perhaps a subset of this groups of developers can help kick-start
the project for you?  I'd certainly say that it would be worth
getting some opinion from a few other developers before getting
too fixed about the detail of how it's integrated to other projects.
