Ooh, bad math!
An approximation, given the rule that any creator ID you or I register
must contain one non-lowercase character is:
        62*62*62*36 = 8,579,808
This calculation just uses upper and lower case alphas, plus numerics.
If you compute in characters other than alpha and numeric, then
the number is probably well over 10M

Also most "developers" will never register more than one creator ID.  
So assuming only 10K active developers registering more than one 
creator ID, that is an average of over 1,000 available per active developer.
