I just looked at the agreement and the form for downloading the ROM images to use with the emulator. The agreement seemed fine, but the form asked all sorts of questions that really seemed inapplicable to my situation. I work for a state university--is there a different set of rules for educational institutions? I have no idea how to answer these.
