Hehe...it sounds like I wanted to do that but it was not. However, it is not really trival to do that. At least you need to do the word wraping. In the FrmHelp you have to do the scrolling. It costs time and resources.
If the Palm API can provide a way to config the title, it will be very helpful. The basic stuff is all there and all they need is to allow the setting of a custom title.
