given a fontID, is there a way to find the equivalent bold font ID?
I'm displaying text in a user-selected font, and want to display some parts
in bold.
It isn't too difficult on palms with only the std, bold, large, and
largeBold fonts, but on the Handera there are already 8 fonts, and there
are probably even more out there (Sony's hi-res fonts, Japanese fonts, ...)
(I know not all fonts have a bold equivalent, but that's not the issue here)
